mina meetings

I truly believe that the ability to create the life you have always wanted is in your hands. Regardless of who you are, where you came from, or what has happened to you, you can have what you have always wanted.

I have been on my own since I was 15 and got what would be called a really "rough start" but here's what I've learned...

“Hard work” alone is not what creates the life of your dreams.

Growing up I thought hard work was the answer. I got one job, two jobs and then a third job.

People would ask me to hang out and go do things and I’d say, “No, I’m working!”

They’d respond, “You’re the hardest working person I know!”

And I remember saying countless times, “Yeah, I’m working hard now so I don’t have to later!

Back then though, I truly believed that if I just kept working hard something would give and I’d find my way out of the daily struggle and into the world I saw on TV and in the media. I would have the life of the people who I saw “made it.”

What I learned though was that working hard alone does not guarantee success...you can work yourself hard into the same never-ending circle.

I learned that beyond working hard I needed

  • Clarity about where I was going

  • An environment that supported my goals and dreams

  • The inner confidence to know my truth

  • The outer to speak confidently

  • How to take action in a sustainable way.

  • And how to walk away from things that were not for me.

And this is what I teach at mina meetings!

These are the skills that allowed me to not only create a life I am proud of but also enjoy myself along the way!

And after all these years I can say for sure that’s what it’s about.

Enjoying yourself along the way!

Making sure you are having a great time as the woman you are today while moving in the direction of the woman you know you can be.

I hope you come to a meeting as a guest and see if you vibe with us and would like to have mina meetings to be the support to help you become the woman you have always wanted to be.

It would be my honor to have you.
